Sou9na lets people publish and find classified ads and offers optional paid visibility services. We are not a party to sales between users and do not handle payments or deliveries between buyers and sellers.
You must own or be allowed to sell what you list, describe it honestly, and use real photos. Prohibited, illegal, counterfeit or dangerous items are not allowed.
Prices are asking prices set by sellers. Price Intelligence compares them with similar Sou9na listings for information only; it is not a valuation or a guarantee.
No spam, scams, harassment or attempts to move users to fraudulent payment methods. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Items on the Forbidden items page (sou9na.ma/forbidden-items) may not be listed. To protect members, some checks are automatic: listings that seem to concern a forbidden item are put on hold, and unusual activity is flagged to the moderators. A person always reviews before a listing is removed or an account is suspended, and you can reply to the team from My listings.
To prevent spam and abuse, limits apply: for example 30 new listings per day (5 per day during an account's first week), limits on messages sent quickly, and on how many sellers' phone numbers can be viewed per hour and per day. These limits may change.
Reviews, “Sold on Sou9na” answers and statistics must reflect reality. Arranging fake reviews or fake sales, or creating several accounts to do so, can lead to the content being hidden and the account suspended.
Only people who really dealt with a seller can review them. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience: no fake, paid or exchanged reviews, insults or personal details. Sellers may reply once but cannot remove reviews. Sou9na may hide reviews that break these rules; paid services never change reviews or ratings.
You must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in Morocco) to create an account. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts opened with a false age may be closed.
Listing promotions, store plans, the Pro Freelancer plan and advertising are optional. Their content, duration and price are shown before you pay; prices are in Moroccan dirhams. Paid placements are always labeled as sponsored. They increase visibility but do not guarantee views, contacts or sales.
You can pay by bank transfer or by card through our payment provider (YouCan Pay). Sou9na never receives or stores your card number. A purchase is activated once the payment is confirmed by the provider or, for transfers, by Sou9na after receipt. Unpaid orders expire after 7 days.
Store plans last for the period shown and are not renewed or charged automatically. You can renew before the end date. After it ends, paid features stay on during a short grace period, then switch off; your listings and store details are kept.
Under Moroccan consumer law (law 31-08) you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 7 days. By asking a promotion, plan or campaign to start immediately, you agree that the service begins before that period ends, which limits this right for the part already provided. Contact us with your order reference: unused periods and unstarted campaigns are refunded, and we answer every request. Promotions stop without refund if the listing is removed for breaking these rules.
Ads must be legal in Morocco, truthful, and lead to a secure website. Sou9na reviews every campaign and may refuse or stop one that breaks these rules. Audience figures are not guaranteed; reported views and clicks are those actually counted after filtering automated and repeated activity.
Sou9na does its best to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for transactions between users.
