Open My listings, tap the ⋯ menu and choose “Mark as sold”. Buyers will see that it's no longer available.
When you create a listing, Sou9na shows the asking prices of similar listings, if there are enough of them. You always choose your own price.
Open the listing and press “Message seller”. Your email and phone stay private unless you choose to share them.
It compares the asking price with similar active listings on Sou9na (same model, similar year or size, same area when possible). It uses asking prices, not confirmed sale prices, and says so when there isn't enough data.
No. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and collection directly. Never pay before seeing the item.
Save the listing to your favorites (heart icon). If the seller lowers the price, you'll get a notification.
Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. You'll receive a reset link by email; check your spam folder.
Nobody, unless you turn on “Show my phone number” in Settings. Even then, only logged-in users can see it.
Settings → Delete account. Your profile, listings, photos, messages and favorites are deleted permanently.
Use “Report” on the listing or in the conversation. Our team reviews every report.
